This casino is not an honest Casino they will not pay you if you win big even if you meet all the requirements. I won a $300 no deposit no playthrough bonus to play at this casino. Initially I won $16,465.25. After registering my account and meeting the requirements I was told that I can withdraw $12348.93 if I made a $30 deposit but if I didn't want to make any deposits that I could withdraw somewhere around $8,000. So I made the $30 deposit. Sometime later I received an email from the casino stating that they would pay me my winnings and in increments of $500 over about a 6month period( the email stated until I was paid in full which would take about 6 months) once I submitted my direct deposit information to them which I did. I received a total of $3,000 and after that time the payments stopped I began sending messages, calling, doing online chat trying to see if something was wrong and why they had stopped paying me and and was told that compliance would get back to me every time pretty much and when I submitted requests to be called I never received the phone one. They eventually did make contact with me via email stating that I did not qualify for my winnings and that I was only due about a thousand dollars more at that time and so they paid me $1,000 and closed my account and that was the last I heard from them.filefilefilefilefile

Hello. According to the attached screenshots, I would not agree with the casino's decision either because I didn't see anywhere that the maximum cashout is 10x the bonus amount. I also see what they wrote in their emails so basically I don't see the point of what the casino is saying.

Anyway, when exactly did the casino stop paying you ? When they said you were entitled to $3,000, did you get all of it, or is the casino still just paying it out ?

On October 12, 2023 I received $1000 and haven’t received anything else. When trying to contact the casino about the winnings through online live chat the casino proceeded to argue I didn’t win more than $3000 and when I began uploading proof the casino immediately closed my account.

When they said you were entitled to $3,000, did you get all of it, or is the casino still just paying it out? 

No I received a payment for $1000 October 12th and $500 on September 13th, September 6th, August 29th, August 22nd.

However, when you say that they blocked your account when you provided evidence, I feel that this is saying something.

I know the casino is relatively new, but so far their no deposit bonuses has been a treat in itself, have won $1500, betting on the bonus itself. Will share my cashout experience with you all soon.

I have waited about 8 days for my withdraw for 89 dollars, but everytime i ask them, they say there is a delay for the withdraw, and say you get it tommowrow, but i don't get it, when they say itfile

file Olá, a princípio o chat me respondeu muito amigável sem nenhum problema mas agora há alguns dias não há chat de suporte, estou aguardando desde o dia 8 de dezembro o saque em criptografia 100USD e não tenho nenhuma informação nem nada, disseram que adiei a retirada, mas acho que já se passaram 2 semanas e nada. O que me preocupa é que não existe mais chat de suporte. Acho que este cassino nunca pagará.
