They can't do a simple job to prevent more people falling for the scam. Instead they are blaming us for being mad because they can't or don't want to do the job themselves. Or they just make excuses. Things like this are serious and should be taken with priority. But no, they wouldn't care less about this case. It has been 2 weeks since I sent the evidence to them.


It would have been be okay if they had warned players or fixed the review saying this casino is being investigated but no they are advertising this site like it's a good place...

Yeah same here. Neither of us have been abusive to anyone of you. Not like we've told you "f*ck you" or anything like that. Since when free speech and giving feedback and criticism is abusive behaviour? And your response to that is to ban us? Yeah let's just silence people and not let them give any feedback, especially when it's negative... Also I haven't blamed you at any point, I have talked in general when saying "you" meaning Casino guru the organization.

This is enough for me to see how this site handles things and it's terrible. I'm gonna recommend other affiliate sites to people in future. I'm in discord groups with thousands of players. Last thing I will say that imagine you could have saved people's money warning players but no Guru advertises this site like it's good even though evidence was sent weeks ago. And when you give negative feedback you are threatened to get banned.

Unprosessional behaviour. Delaying serious things and not even warning players to prevent more people falling for the scam.
