Has anyone had success with account verification and payouts from springbok casino. I am starting to believe they are a fraud. They delay everything saying they haven't received email with documents so they don't need to payout

I can say, the casino is licensed at least, but we found the terms and conditions very unfair.
Let's get to your problem, you need to pass the account verification to be able to withdraw your winnings.
I would ask the casino's support or chat about which documents are currently missing, to make sure you have already sent all of those. Keep in mind that the best file format is .pdf and screenshots are mostly forbidden.
Check your email for returned emails, each email domain has its max attachment size limit. Feel free to send each document separately, it's safer, and you can avoid your mail could not being delivered.
Furthermore, can you share the screenshot where the casino replies that "they don't need to payout", please?
