started playing at ninbet casino, and make some deposits. After nasmaak winning I want to withdraw some money, but it looks like that’s impossible at ninbet.


verification documents uploading constantly errors and sending them by email to support never reiches the mailbox of ninbet. There was no reply on my emails after some days.


withdrawing money is possible in crypto and with bank transfer. But it looks like ninbet don’t want to withdraw any money, because it’s impossible to upload documents for verification or getting any reply on emails.

The way I see it, KYC is still in progress so, no chance of receiving the winnings untill you pass the verification, right? For how long are you struggling?

At this moment the documents are uploaded on the website, but the withdrawal isn’t processed yet. Also I didn’t receive any confirmation or reply of sending my documents by email.


if the withdrawals are processed I’ll reply on this post. Maybe the casino review will be more positive then.

Well, the first verification and linked withdrawal is considered the longest one. Sometimes it takes even a week or so.

If you have doubts remind yourself to the casino support or chat.

Once the account is verified, only then does the withdrawal start, those 24 hours you mentioned start after the successful verification and approved withdrawal, I'd say.

all the documents are marked as checked since last Tuesday. The withdrawal is still pending. The support doesn’t react on the emails I send them, and the live chat function on the website is unable to find.

It seems it isn't very reliable - you'll find out as soon as it is listed on our website.

From what I see, it's probably licensed in Costa Rica - well, not a good sign either.

Today I’ve spoken in live chat with an agent of ninbet. The live chat function was able to use at that moment. They’ve rejected my withdrawal request again!


the agent says that it was a technical issue first, but then he says I’ve an active bonus and didn’t passed the wager requirements. But I never received a bonus after I made the deposits. And also on my account there isn’t an active bonus visible.

After speaking in live chat another supporter says that the maximum withdrawal amount is 1000 euros per day. I made a new withdrawal request of 1000 euros, and guess what? It was rejected after 2 days again!

I asked for an explanation in an email to their support e-mailadres but never get any reply. So I really don’t know what’s the problem with this fraudulent casino! At this moment livechat isn’t available like all the times last days!

Ive spoken to Ann in the live chat section, she says there’s a wagering issue in the system. She told me I have to keep wagering before I can withdraw my money.


She didn’t told me how many times or amount I have to wager, because I never received any bonus or freespins after my deposits. When I ask here to tell me how I can get my money, she didn’t react anymore and after several minutes the live chat connection was broken. And at this moment love chat isn’t available anymore.

That sounds suspicious. I believe she could send you a screenshot showing the bonus + the wagering at least. Not to mention, she should be concerned you aren't aware of any bonus at all.

Sadly, I don't.

I'll hope the complaint will provide a solution. Once the casino ignores you, no other suggestions would work, from my point of view.
