Lucky creek denied my 3200. 00 withdrawal said that playthrough was not met. 1nsted wire transfered 1500.00 which i was told would take 10 to 12 days. Really? Put 1700.oo back on my casino account which of course was lost. Never again will lucky creek get my money. My playthrough was met . basically they stole 1700.00 from me.

heres the info on this. If you are playing with a free chip or loyalty bonus only play slots. The platform has all game contributions factored into the playthrough but the people working at the casino do not understand that. If you play 1 hand of blackjack even though only like 10% of your wager counts towards the playthrough. The people there are so stupid they think it is counting 100% the same as slots so even when you actually DO meet the playthrough the casino will come back and deny your withdrawal and tack on another 30k playthrough. There is no way to get them to understand. I even videoed my game play to show them look u idiots. I have 1000 playthrough. I just made a $200 bet on black jack and lost and my playthrough was only reduced by $20. Talking to a damn wall. They swear up and down that all games contribute 100% which is so far from true
