Wow. This is really messed up. I have taken screenshots of this interaction.

Viperspin intentionally giving out your personal information and home adress because you left an honest review. This is a serious offence and i will pass it on to AuSlots community and the correct authorities that Viperspin is releasing people's confidential information. Photo Ids and home adress. Sorry to hear about this.

Do not trust this website people, evidence is right here to see. Dodgy all over.


Was it Brayden (AuSlots) that joined your disord and made threats with your home adress? I now learned he is bribing people to gather information of people who call out his behaviour.

This was reason I told you to message me privately , I had to move counties due to this and all because I posted exactly my experience with them. Any how I don’t think they had any right to post my personal details and share my personal information with someone on their team. This will be last message from me on this site it’s getting to ways I don’t want it to do everybody stay safe and take care.

Take all the streamers with a pinch off salt. They play with monopoly money with slots set up to let them win big to entice people in. I have confronted a few on forums to try and advise them to catch themselves on. Most off them as bad as the unscrupulous casinos they promote.

I can now see that Viperspin has literally admitted to posting your personal information here so I am sorry for assuming this.

i have sent all my evidence/proof of fake reviews to Casino Guru staff. Shameful behaviour from Viperspin. Not to mention the attitude of Viperspins replies here. Trying to belittle people and silence them.

As I have already informed you by email, unfortunately the evidence you have sent did not provide any proof about the user reviews being fake.

It only shows that all this players are the same ones from the group and all of them played at the ViperSpin Casino, then decided to write a user review.

If you have any proof you can provide regarding these reviews being anyhow motivated, please don't hesitate to provide it.

Had my account disabled after I won a certain amount, apparently under review. This was now a month ago and haven’t had a response from their support in over 3 weeks after emailing daily.

Did you get any explanation from the casino regarding the block at all? Or they haven't explained anything to you?

It is good that you filed a complaint here, for sure, so our team can try to find out more if the casino is not communicating with you whatsoever.

Let's wait to see what they have to say about it.

Yeah, was told it would take 10 days to review the win and it’s been a month now. And haven’t had any response from their support since the 29th of April. Apparently my case is different. But don’t know why I can’t get a response for an update on what’s going on.

Then I hope that they will at least answer us, since you have an open complaint. If they tell you it's supposed to take a week and it takes a month, that's not a good experience for any player. 

Anyway, until we have something new, we just have to wait for the next development. 

Hopefully it will turn out well and we will find out what happened.🙂
