Hello, I'm sorry but I'd say that the gaming history check would take far longer than a few hours. Probably, a few weeks in some situations. Is this what you meant by "verified by the game session", please?

It usually means that the casino asks the game provider to get involved and deliver a report. Not sure if this is your case, of course. Just be prepared for some delay.

You can try to ask the support, will you do that?

sadly, to nobody. If the casino is not licensed there is no authority watching over the casino.

Therefore we always advise players to prefer licensed casinos.

Just saw this casino review. So far, I don't know about that withdrawal case you are currently having. Have you tried contacting their customer support? It's pretty responsive whenever I ask a question regarding the games they offer and their bonuses.
