We want to use feedback from our community to support the University of Sydney’s study on evaluating Bet Well –  a digital tool for gambling consumers, which helps you track and manage your gambling accounts.

In other words, we want to collect your feedback on their tool. 

As a thank you for your time, every completed survey will be eligible for a prize draw to win one of six $50 Amazon vouchers.

All you need to do is click/tap the survey link, complete the survey and share your unique survey code in the Casino Guru’s forum thread. Additionally, if you share your genuine feedback on the surveyed tool, you will receive another entry into the prize draw for $50 Amazon voucher.


Survey Eligibility 

  • Of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in gambling
  • If you gamble at least three times a month on average
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently (as the study is being conducted in English)
  • Are not receiving formal treatment for gambling-related problems, you are eligible to participate.


Prize Draw Entry requirements 

  • Follow this link to a survey and complete it with genuine answers. 
  • Share your unique code at the end of the survey here on the forum.
  • Wait until the end of the survey period to see whether you were lucky [the survey will be available for three weeks].
  • Earn 1 extra ticket by sharing your feedback on the tool.


The Prize Draw 

  • 6 Amazon Vouchers (amazon.com website) are available
  • You can submit only one unique code per person  
  • The winners will be randomly selected by a Casino Guru representative following the end of the survey period. The winners will be contacted by Casino Guru using their registered contact information.

Terms and Conditions

The promotion starts on 01.07.2025 and ends on 22.07.2025 23:59 CET.

The winners will be randomly selected by a Casino Guru representative on July 24.

In order to get a chance of entering the prize draw, you must be a registered member of the Casino Guru forum and 18+ years old (or you need to reach an age where you’re allowed to play casino games in your jurisdiction).


The Prize

You can earn up to 2 tickets for the final draw by submitting a unique screenshot showing your unique Qualtrics survey ID, plus 1 extra ticket for sharing feedback on the tool.

Every forum user can earn a maximum of 2 tickets into the final draw.

6 winners of the $50 Amazon Voucher will be chosen randomly by a Casino Guru representative from all the tickets that will be part of the final draw.

The competition prize is 6x $50 Amazon Voucher.

One person can win a maximum of 1x $50 Amazon Voucher.


Casino Guru reserves the right to disqualify a user who will create multiple accounts in order to attend the competition using multiple accounts and increase the chance of winning.

The prize draw is run solely by Casino Guru, it is not sponsored or administered by any 3rd party company.

It is not possible to exchange any prize for cash. It is the winner’s responsibility to contact us on an email address [email protected] or through FB (https://www.facebook.com/casino.guru.admin/) private message. If they fail to do so during 7 following days after the winner is announced, they will lose their right to claim the prize and a new winner will be announced.

Only the English version of these Terms and Conditions is valid. The same applies for the survey post description and any texts displayed on relevant images and pop up banners displayed on the casino.guru website or social media channels.

The prize cannot be won by Casino Guru employees and full-time consultants, even though it can be won by external casino testers.

In case the competition will be joined by less than 20 participants during the competition period, Casino Guru reserves the right to extend the competition period for up to 4 additional weeks.

These Terms and Conditions are effective since 01.07.2025.

Feedback on the tool: Im sure the tool would be useful for people who have trouble following their finances or spendings but the biggest challange in my opinion would be that the people would actually use the tool. Personally I would not use the tool because I have my spendings and limits under control and I follow them anyway.

I think the tool is a great idea and I would definitely use it myself, because i have been managing and calculating my gambling win/loss amount by hand. It gives me a rough idea about how much i lost or won in a specific casino. Its a hassle to write it all down, especially when I am using many e-wallets and crypto, hard to keep track. I have seen one or two casinos who have implemented similar tool in profile section to track net loss of gambling in their casino.

In my opinion, you mentioned a very good point, well, more than one, to be precise. I enjoy using Excel sheets for a variety of purposes, but keeping the lists up to date is not fun. Furthermore, considering gambling as a pastime, tracking progress in this way is, at least for me, similar to counting calories a few times a day. 😀
