I come to forums like this expecting a higher standard ... but I have seen cheating at multiple sites and it seems much more common than I would like to think it is. Do I need to change my perspective? Expect a little bit less of the general public on forums like this? Thanks.

Besides, unless you are an admin, you have little chance to actually know how many people act against the basic policies or rules, I'd say.
