On [October 6, 2025], I requested a withdrawal in USDT (BNB Smart Chain network) for an amount of [exact amount, example: 400 USDT].


I have made over 5 previous withdrawals using the same method, and all were processed within minutes, but this withdrawal has been pending for over 8 days without being credited to my wallet.


I have contacted support several times, but all I receive are automated responses stating that "everything is within the expected timeframe," without providing me with any TXID or actual confirmation of transfer.


I believe this delay exceeds normal timeframes and require direct review from the payments department to confirm whether my withdrawal was approved or is still on hold.


I appreciate your prompt attention and transparent response, as I want to continue trusting your platform, but I need this payment resolved as soon as possible.
