Hello there,


I'm here to share with you the experiences I had with 1win.

I got served on my first attempt to the site's usage.

I deposited $90,after spinning and playing some games,I was able to have a cumulative of $130+,then I initiated withdrawals but was denied.

I contacted the customer services, after several messages, I was given an email address to contact,I contacted the email and was told to provide my documents for verification which I immediately did.

Then I received a message that I will get a response within 14days,at about 16days I received a message stating that my account had been blocked for violation of rule.

They quoted a clause with several rules,they called it p.9.7 clause, they said I have breached a rule and for such,my account had been blocked together with my funds in it,who does that??on my first attempt!!

Since then I had no access to my account.

I severely asked them which of the terms I've breached but they were unresponsive.

You can imagine how very unfair thier rules are!

I will advise players to stay away from this site, so as to avoid heart breaks!

As we can all see,it is stated clearly on this site,out of 10 reputation they had 0.1 reputation which means the site is almost tagged a fraudulent/scammers.

You really mean this people o.

But this suites them....they claimed they don't make unfounded decisions yet they closes account with one's funds inside...they don't even consider refunding the money, they'll just go away with everything, you can imagine, this not my 1st nor 10th time of the site's usage,just because I almost doubled my money,they served me too,they blocked my account with $89 inside!

While I was loosing to them, there were no problem but now that I won,problems rose up!

Indeed this is a terrible site to play at!

We all need to be aware!

That's alright, I just thought that this new thread can display that it's worth a little time browsing complaints preferably before one decides to make a deposit.

How does Antillephone N.V license and complaints works?

I messaged them,they asked me of the accusation,and I told them rule 9.7, and then they messaged 1win tagging me that I'm claiming innocence!


Since then I haven't heard from them!

Hello Hafsat.

Well, that's probably it. The licensing authority forwarded the complaint back to the casino. I'm sorry but I can't tell you how they work. I would ask them if I were you, if you do not receive an answer, you'll know for sure that lots of unfair casinos licensed by Curacao can operate quite easily.

I'm sorry but Curacao sub-licenses are cheap and easy to get, but when it comes to the player's protection, well it's just bad.

I hope your case will be an exception though.

I got another message from complaints@softgamings.com they said my request had been logged and forwarded to softgamings support team and they gave me a ticket ID.

So I also await further responses from them!

It's been almost 24hours now since they responded,I hope it get resolved....it seems 1win casino does not have respect for any authority, they didn't even care about the black points they gets here, you can imagine....they've never replied to my complaint until it was closed as unresolved.

It would be too early, I think. Let's hope that the authority does not take it that you should be contacted by the casino with a further update.

Dear Radka,

I feel the casino is expected to have all the violation details intact,incase of questioning they call easily provided them....this is absurd, they had to start digging for excuses to back up thier decision.

I feel they just block accounts each time they feel to, and qoute the 9.7 rule, most players do let go and move on, sincerely I'm not giving up until there is no other way out,this is because I did not violate any of their rule,I'm sure of this!

But this is unfair, the authorities should do something about it, maybe you should call onto thier attention, probably if they intervene, they might be a solution,rather they can revoke thier licence if they fail to amend!
