Help!!! Woocasino disabled my account after I won 14000

So few days ago I was playing at woocasino deposit 60$ and won 22000 so I tried to withdraw the funds they kept canceling them and said I needed to verify my account but it was already verified so I told them that so I tried to withdraw again and same thing money got sent back to my account so I contacted live chat and they said I had 2 accounts that’s a lie I only have 1 account and my brother has account that he had for months that’s already verified and has made withdraws from so I contact them again and as I’m taking to live chat agent I get signed out of my account I go to log back in and it says my account has been disabled can anyone help me with this I just want my 14000$ I won

I believe that it has something to do with your brother's account, but if both of the accounts (yours and your brother's) were verified, then you should have right to claim the winnings. We already had a similar case few months ago.

No I thought that was the problem but nope. The probables was I asked to set a 200$ limit on my account so I wouldn’t spend all my winnings because there was a problem with the withdraws they wouldn’t work have no idea why but they said I told the live chat agent I have a gambling problem so they disabled my account and are refusing to activate it

In case they closed your account for a gambling problem, then it shouldn't be that bad for you, because you still have right to get your winnings. So I would ask them now how they're going to pay you the winnings when they closed the account.

We actually had to deal with the same when I worked in a casino and then we usually sent the money via a wire transfer to the customer's bank account (that was verified - they needed to send us a bank statement showing the account number, name, address etc.)

Yes they are gonna give the winnings to me but they want a screenshot of my online banking showing a made at least 1 deposit to there casino but the thing is I have used gigadat to send interac to woocasino so on my online banking it just saying gigadat not woocasino so I have no idea what to do now?
