Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with Astrozino24.com (Astrozino Casino).


I deposited via Paysafe.

My account was fully verified (KYC completed).

I won €3246.99 and requested a withdrawal.

The casino cancelled it, removed my winnings, and left only €115.

They accuse me of "VPN use or fraud" without showing any proof.



I have already opened a complaint with Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and Casinomeister, and reported them to Paysafe.

I can provide my full betting history, which clearly shows both winning and losing bets. Many bets are losses, proving I was playing normally and not abusing the system in any way.
