Am struggling to get payment from Libraspins.com

Owed £1500 which they tell me I can only withdraw £500 at a time, and now they have technical issues paying MasterCard and want me to take BitCoin.

Have not received confirmation when I will receive any payment, so sick with worry

Honestly, they might have issues sending the money to Mastercard. That's a quite common issue with Matercards. On the other hand, if the card is related to a bank account, they can do a wire transfer and send it to your bank account. That's what I would suggest to them.

Then I'd probably accept the money transfer through Bitcoin. I know, it's unnecessary hassle, but it's still better to receive the money in some form and then close your account in the casino than leaving the winnings to the casino. Another option is to keep waiting until they fix the issue with Mastercards.

You probably need to ask them how they're going to send it and wait for the reply. That's probably all you can do.

Just come across your post and just wanted to let you know exactly the same thing is happening to me, I opened an account with this casino last week and have tried withdrawing, first was told unable to withdraw to Visa, then next day unable to withdraw to Mastercard, they then advised bitcoin.


Had no idea how bitcoin worked but opened an account with a coin provider, my withdrawal was accepted from them Tuesday morning at 10am and still waiting on funds to show in my wallet, I am also concerned this is a scam, if I get any update on my funds arriving I will let you know on here

Sorry to hear your situation too.

Did you use the recommended Coinbase? I opened an account Saturday as well as made my withdrawal which was accepted but still nothing.

George (Libra AM) told me last night that MasterCard is working again, but still am still awaiting my withdrawal to be processed.

On day 11 of trying to get my £1500

Will keep you posted too

Yes I also used Coinbase to withdraw using bitcoin. Its the only thing the casino seems to accept to process withdrawals, really makes me feel like something untowards is going on.

5 attempts to debit cards previous to this were all refused.

Monday 6th Sep I requested the withdrawal to bitcoin, Tuesday 7th Sep the casino finally accepted it, granted its only been 2 days but after coming across your experience I have no faith that I will get my funds either.

I am lost for words with the terribly service and experience I've received and you have my full sympathy with what's going on with you too. Have tried contacting the casino several times and only thing I get told is wait 7 working days to revieve funds to bitcoin account. Yet coinbase says it processes all transactions within 1 to 3 days.

Hopefully the casino will pick up your open complaint as well as mine and get this resolved ASAP.

Will keep you posted on how I am getting on with my withdrawal

Although a much reduced amount as it was a Bitcoin payment, this was received this morning.

Also my MasterCard withdrawal was processed, although yet to see if I receive the MasterCard money ok.

Pleased to see you made some progress. I hope you receive your funds to your mastercard without any further delays, I am still waiting on my bitcoin payment to show. How many days did it take for your bitcoin to reach your coinbase wallet in total? I am on day 4.

Did you have to ask your Libra Spins AM to check the bitcoin payment as well as the mastercard?

I hope you both will eventually receive the money. Anyway, since they said withdrawals to Mastercard and VISA don't work, I feel like they somehow wanted to force you into using cryptocurrencies. That would be my explanation.

6 days to receive Bitcoin payment into Coinbase, then an immediate PayPal transfer

TBH my AM didn’t help much. I think I had annoyed him with continuous questions 😩

I am lost for words, I logged into coinbase to see if funds were showing, still nothing, logged into casino and it looks like my funds are showing on my casino balance, tried chatting to support for about the 10th time and they are still saying my withdrawal was accepted and to wait the full 7 working days, not sure what kind of casino they are running but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had


I have no idea what is going on and all their support agents are not helpful at all

Honestly, I don't think the withdrawal is in process as far as you can see the money in your casino account balance. If you lose it, then what? How are they going to process the pending withdrawal when the money is lost?

I agree Daniel, I am clearly being fed false information by their support agents on chat, I have no faith that I will receive my withdrawal, I have attempted another withdrawal again from the funds they have put back onto my balance on the casino, it was accepted again this morning. I honestly don't know what to do about this. I just seem to be getting nowhere and their support are not helping at all.

I have now been fully paid. I agree the CS were unhelpful, and I felt just paid me lip service most of the time. My Account Manager seemed annoyed with my constant questions, but he was more helpful than the Chat desk.

I hope you get your money very soon. Don’t give up
