Hi

I have now been fully paid. I agree the CS were unhelpful, and I felt just paid me lip service most of the time. My Account Manager seemed annoyed with my constant questions, but he was more helpful than the Chat desk.

I hope you get your money very soon. Don’t give up

Thanks for the update. This is something we see quite often. Casinos that look good on the paper, but once you need to deal with their customer support, you realise that even you know more information than the agent who supposed to be trained by the casino.

It's really annoying, because there's certainly a person in the casino who know what's going on and how to help you, but you never reach that person by contacting the support.

Sorry to hear you are also having issues with this casino, I believe Heather who started this thread originally encountered the same issues as ourselves but thankfully Heather kept on at them and Casino Guru also contacted the casino and Heather eventually got the bitcoin withdrawal and a Mastercard withdrawal.

I, however, have not been successfully at all up to this point, the casino kept fobbing me off saying wait 7 working days for bitcoin payment, those 7 days are finally up now and still haven't received any funds from them, I contacted their support for about the 100th time yesterday and advised if I don't receive an update by today then I will be filing a complaint to their licence authority which is Curaçao by the end of the day.

What's really interesting is that they have tried telling you that there is still a technical issue with Mastercard, when did you request the mastercard withdrawal? I believe Heather received funds via mastercard a few days ago so if you have tried mastercard withdrawal in the last few days and they have refused it then there is definitely some dodgy tactics at play here

Just wanted to provide an update and also if this helps any other players who may be in the same situation in the future, I contacted the casino yet again and advised that I have been extremely patient and also waited the full 7 working days and if I did not receive my withdrawal by end of today I was going to file a complaint with the casinos licence authority.

Not sure if this is a coincidence but I have finally at long last received my withdrawal to my bitcoin account today.

If anybody else is having the same issues with getting payment from them please do not give up fighting no matter how big or small you think the funds are.

I also threatened them with contacting the gambling commission prior to finally getting paid.

Sounds like threatening them with UKGC worked so far 😀 Anyway, this is terrible experience...

Hey sorry to jump

on thread. Did you get your winnings via one bitcoin payment I only have a maximum of 500 which can withdraw each time. I have received 1/4 approved so far.
