depois de 2 dias chegou o e-mail dizendo saque cancelado e o dinheiro foi creditado de volta, tentei novamente no dia 31 de maio, no histórico aparece pago mas não chegou, mando um e-mail, eles respondem que os saques no dia 31 foram cancelado. O que posso fazer ?

This morning I ve messaged them on live chat support and the agent said that the docs were not event added to the case, I had to upload them for the 6th time in the chat and he said that now are added and I should get an answer today but I doubt that
