The situation has been ongoing for two months, involving a prolonged back-and-forth that has led to significant time lost. Despite my efforts to provide clear evidence in support of my claims, the casino has not shared its evidence transparently, raising concerns about the potential for evidence modification.


Furthermore, after two months of investigation, the case was closed without any comments or explanations. This lack of transparency and the abrupt closure of the case has led me to question whether there might be something being concealed.

I can see that our team had to reject your complaint due to the evidence provided by the casino. We couldn't be of any more help as the casino's claims were valid.

Peter suggested you contact the licensing authority in case you disagree with the result. May I ask if you have done so, perhaps?
