Hello,


I have done several million dollars of volume on a cryptocurrency casino in the past few weeks. It is a well known one, but I don't want to slander them yet if it is innocent. I have had withdrawals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars successfully processed within minutes or a day or two so far.


My most recent withdrawal has been pending for almost a week and when I ask support, they give me generic responses and tell me to me patient. I ask them for a timeframe when I should expect to hear back or get my withdrawal and they just say the team will get to it. Nobody ever gives me a real answer, and I need access to my funds.


How long should I wait before taking action? What action should I take? As a note, I am still receiving rewards from my wagers this month and I am able to successfully withdraw them with no problems. I think those amounts are auto withdrawals, where this one is a manual one.


Maybe I have nothing to worry about, but I don't like having so much money tied up in an online casino with no explanation of the delay.


Any insight or advice is appreciated.

Hello there. Have they give you any explanation, why is this happening, what is causing the delay?

We usually give casinos 14 full days to proceed the payment, before we intervene. So, whenever you feel, that you need some help from our complaint team, let us know. We will be here waiting for any updates regarding this issue.
