I was playing on 20bet and i was scamed once over their promotion and i was thinking, ok, my bad for not reading T&C, but this time, every time a make a withdrawal they ask for new documentation and stall with payout. This time im waiting for payout 18 hours and they keep repeating the same stories about finance team. They dont want to make a payout and im suggesting that everyone stay away from that scam site. I still didnt get the money (2000€) and arguing with them all day but they keep stalling.

And after 48 hours they dont have a reasonable reply. They always talk about the live check queue which doesnt seem normal because why should it take 48h if verification and everything is fine?

They already cleared me off my winnings without explanation, but yeah, keep defending them.

I need to mention AGAIN that they already took my winnings of 1950€, it was a visa transaction that is by them instantly. Verification was done long time ago, sent 10 documents. I wonder are you support there so you ask all these question?

I wanted to share my personal experience with PlayAmo Casino, which is operated by Dama N.V. – the same company that runs 20Bet and many other casinos.

I deposited €430 and played entirely from Germany, a country that is not listed as restricted in their Terms and Conditions.

After winning €4,000, I attempted to withdraw, but suddenly my account was closed.

The casino claimed the issue was that my registration had an autofill error in my name ("Alo Ball" instead of my legal name). As soon as I noticed this, I contacted support, explained the situation, and provided full verification documents (ID + bank account) which clearly matched my real name and payment method.

Despite that, PlayAmo confiscated my winnings instead of allowing a simple correction, which most reputable casinos handle without issue.

I filed a complaint with CasinoGuru, but it was rejected because of the registration name mismatch — even though it was an honest mistake and my identity was fully verifiable.

This experience shows the pattern many players report across Dama N.V. casinos:

They accept deposits without issue.

They only raise problems after you win.
