I’m struggling to verify old bank details for these to proses a big payout. What can I do

what seems to be the problem, please? Can you be more specific?

I have send all documentation for them to verify me. And they are asking for old bank details to be verified. I sent a email with this information on from my bank. They can’t use the email and want a letter from my bank. I have live chat with my bank today as it’s Pockit and all online. They can’t send a letter with this information on so I don’t know what to do next.

Hello,

I'm guessing that the casino asked you to provide the bank statement proving your transactions a few months back, am I correct?

If so, check your online banking app and search for the option to generate this list of transactions in .pdf format.

It should solve the problem.

Alternatively, you can be asked to print it and send it as a scan or unaltered photo format.

Try to find it and let me know, please.
