I made a withdrawal on the 16/01/26 which is still pending (need to complete verification) on 16/01/26 I sent documents to them. On the 17/01/26 they emailed asking for a some more details which I sent to them after. Since then there has been no update on the verification process or the withdrawal. I have emailed them several times but I haven't received any response in the last few days. Initially they we're pretty prompt with emails but now it seems since I have sent required documents they are ignoring me, trying to aviod a payout? Unfortunately I read the reviews of the casino after.
