Subject: Withdrawal issues and account closure – Million.ro

​Complaint Description:

​I am writing to file a formal complaint against Million.ro regarding a rejected withdrawal of 1,500 RON and the subsequent closure of my account with a total balance of 1,563.42 RON.

​Timeline of events:

​Verification: My account and my personal debit card (ending in 3001) are fully verified (KYC).

​Withdrawal Request: On 17.12.2025, I initiated a withdrawal of 1,500 RON to my verified personal card. This request was rejected three times without a clear explanation.

​The Issue: A few months ago, a friend of mine made a deposit using his own card on my account. At that time, the casino accepted the deposit without any verification or warning.

​Full Disclosure: On 18.12.2025, I proactively uploaded a photo of this third-party card to clarify the situation and complete the verification.

​Account Closure: Instead of processing my withdrawal from my own verified funds, the casino blocked my account, citing a violation of Article 45 (third-party payments).

​My argument:

While I acknowledge that using a third-party card is against the Terms and Conditions, I would like to emphasize that the funds I am currently trying to withdraw were deposited from my own verified personal card on 17.12.2025.

​The casino allowed the third-party deposit to be played through months ago without issue, but now uses it as a reason to withhold my legitimate balance deposited from my own card. I am not looking to restore the account; I only request the payout of my remaining balance to my verified bank card.

​Evidence attached:

​Screenshots of the rejected withdrawals.

​Confirmation of my verified KYC status.

​Proof that the latest deposits were made from my personal card.

Unfortunately, using a third-party payment is prohibited in most online casinos, and it is always written in the terms. This way you violated the casino terms, and it is understandable that the casino doesn't want to pay out your winnings.

Also, when it comes to the fact that the casino did nothing when you deposited, it is actually due to the fact that usually they verify the account when players are withdrawing.

They should actually give you back your deposits, though. Have they done so, please?
