I had no trouble depositing and spending money but when it came to withdrawaling my winnings there was a misunderstanding with my name I go by Alec but my name on my birth certificate is Alexander, I received an email asking me to explain this misunderstanding and as soon as i reply my account would be verified, one minute later without me even getting a chance to reply they email again saying

We are reviewing and carrying out a few checks on your account and in the meantime have placed a temporary hold on the account. Please allow us 10 business days to get back to you with further information and account status. After receiving the second email I proceeded to relpy with the necessary documents to prove I am the same person on my drivers licence as I am on my passport as one is Alec and one is Alexander I also provided my birth certificate, I have a pending withdrawal of 400 euro they were happy enough to take my money without verification and even now that I have provided the right documents and explained myself with proof, the day after making a withdrawal I've been told my accounts closed and under review wait 10 days, I do hope this resolved and I can come back and write a good review i won't be waiting 10 business days if this isn't sorted I suggest you take my advice to stay completely away from this website! I have screenshotted all emails between there support team and myself that clearly show I am not in the wrong and have provided an explanation and proof and also that they are just trying to get out of paying my withdrawal

Alright, they have right to close the account, but did they mention anything about the pending withdrawal??? They don't have right to keep your winnings even if they believe you have a problem gambling.

fileI've now received this email the proof of address i sent is a tax statement I just printed today it clearly shows the date and it clearly says in there email council tax statements are accepted

I'd probably ask what's wrong about your tax statement when they clearly say that the tax statement can be used as a proof of address. But I can understand it must be very annoying.
