I've had 2 successfull withdrawals £100 £200 got this in 2 days how ever I've won £2400 it's now over 21 working days the chat is pointless .

I emailed and they have said there has been several request which is why its taking longer then usual as the have to do so many checks . Ridiculous if you ask me.

I've heard this before.

For the moment it feels like the casino is convinced they're acting accordingly to the rules given the current circumstances.

Obviously, it's not my place to say whether this is bullshit. That would depend on the further explanation, which we would normally receive via complaint.

If you go on Trust pilot you will find you were lucky. I just think that there are so many other online casinos to choose from with a far better reputation for not only payments but fast payments as well. This was in my spam folder this morning they even know my name from when I joined Winner casino the other is for another one Lucky wins

You have no idea how happy I am to know that. It's normal that even a scam or a very bad casino pays some players eventually, In my eyes, you are one of those.
