Thank you very much for all your post regarding an issue with this casino. I certainly agree with key points. And I think you should submit a complaint here.

You can only benefit from it.

To me, it seems they used the "API rule" to gain an advantage over players - At first, they should prove you've broken it on purpose to get yourself some kind of edge. Otherwise, they are just being unfair.

Secondly, if they think there has been any bonus abuse/fraud activity, why pay you anything, I wonder?

Will you submit the complaint here, are you up to it?

UPDATE:

SlotV asked me to do a video verification and I did it 13.1.2022. I passed it and they opened my account again. I can now make a withdrawals again. I have to make one 1k withdawal at a time otherwise I should pay 2% fee. I think this issue is solved now. I no longer have any bad thing to say about SlotV. I will delete this thread once all money has been paid (is it possible?).

I think this whole thing was because I shared an internet connection on my mobile phone and the IP address changed during gaming as I restarted my mobile phone. So they thought two different people were playing.

Hello, this is good news indeed! 🙂 This is exactly how a decent casino should react in a situation like this one. I suggest we keep this thread open and visible so others may see your progress and be informed on this matter. This IP problem can happen very often.

Do plan to play there again? Their reputation is not sky-high...
