Em 01/02/2025 fiz 2 solicitações de saque de $ 14.492,96 e $ 18.351,17 e até agora não recebi meu dinheiro.
Sou um VIP verificado nível 3 e até agora nunca tive problemas com solicitações de saques, eles sempre me pagaram rápido!
Não é fácil se tornar um usuário Platinum.
Pedi ajuda e sempre recebo esta resposta (copiar e colar) do Suporte ao Vivo:
"Por favor, aguarde um tempo para que nossa equipe de conformidade KYC revise manualmente os documentos que você enviou. Embora não possamos fornecer uma estimativa exata de quando esse processo será concluído, entraremos em contato com você assim que ele for concluído ou se precisarmos de alguma informação adicional. "
ou
"Infelizmente, não podemos fornecer um ETA, pois não temos supervisão da carga de trabalho da equipe de Compliance. Entraremos em contato com você assim que a revisão for concluída ou se alguma informação adicional for necessária."

On 01.02.2025 i have made 2 withdrawals requests of $14,492.96 and $18,351.17 and until now i have not received my money.
I am a Level 3 verified VIP, and until now i never had problems on withdrawals request, the always payed me fast!
It is not easy to become Platinum user.
I asked for assistance, and i always receive this (copy paste) answers from Live Support:
" Please allow some time for our KYC compliance team to manually review the documents you have submitted. While we cannot provide an exact estimate for when this process will be completed, we will reach out to you once it is finished or if we require any additional information. "
or
"Unfortunately, we can't provide an ETA as we do not have oversight of the Compliance team's workload. We will reach out to you once review is concluded or if any additional information is required."
or
"As stated, the team is currently reviewing your documents. Once their review has finished your withdraw will be processed."
or
"We will let you know once there is an update."
All the operators, are rude and give no valid explanation !
I also contacted contact them via e-mail but no answer received !
All my bad experience is video recorded, and i am ready to share.
