Yes, I'm sure. This is what happened to me with the opera mini beta update 2020 for mobile phone, where there is no vpn option yet, and yet it changed my aip, and it got quite unpleasant between me and the casino where I played. So, to be safe, avoid this browser, which I have nothing against, I even think it's better than Google Chrome, but in this case it's not the best solution for playing in casinos that don't allow vpn. I am not familiar with the new versions, they may not have this problem!
Well, I can imagine that it must be quite a conversation with the casino when something like this occurs.

How did you manage to solve this issue with the casino back then?
Maybe you used "private mode" instead of normal mode. The private mode is sort of standard by opera mini. It has a native ad blocker which also stops or fools any tracking attempts. I use Brave Browser and need to switch off Brave Shields when I log on some Casino sites.
