Sry I didn’t finish I was saying good night to my daughter while on voice to chat. Lol. But I will be receiving 400 in winnings which is the max cash out from the bonus. Well that tells me that they didn’t include my verification deposit with my winnings and it should be added to my balance. I mean we are talking $10 people. They go on the say that my verification deposit was included that they are paying me 390 of my winnings and 10 for my verification deposit. But if I submitted a withdrawal for 800. And max cash out is 400. Why did they adjust my winnings to 390 and 400 including my deposit. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining about losing $10 to make 400. But it’s the principles of the matter. Not only that. But when you prove them wrong they instantly end the chat. And a lot of places do this and talk about something that gets under my skin like are we 5 people and back to hanging up the phone on people mid conversation. The 390 payout 400 including my verification deposit was what one agent told me then rudely ended the chat so I started another. Where I explained again that if my verification deposit was included I would be getting 410 back. He goes on to say well you did. That’s why ur getting 400 you paid 10 in coin(whatever company they use) fees. And of course ends the chat right after sending. So now I’m getting two different stories. Are online casinos just that tight that they can’t make it right with a customer over $10. I mean i thought they want players. You think I want to go and play there ever again? And what makes it worse is not even an hour after they took everything leaving me with a 0 balance. I reached out to them and told them I wanted to leave my deposit on there and why my withdrawal was for 800 and not 810. Also why I don’t submit a withdrawal for the whole entire amount. That I did not want it included. I was told it’s up to finance to decide. Either way I wanted to have a $10 balance all said and done. And they still did me that way. As it was 2 days later I reached back out which was today and was told all this. So if you want me to do any kind of reviews. Expect the 100% truth. Cause that’s just who I am. And hold people accountable for what they say and do/don’t do. Which is the biggest issue in the world today is no one holds people accountable. So they just do whatever they want to.

No I have not submitted one here. But I have at other sites similar to this. I would wasn’t an hour or two of my time. Planning out what and how to type up my review or complaint. Get all my proof in proper order. Only for it to be declined at the end. When I had reasonable proof. I would then email them to get a more logical answer why instead of the generic one given. Only to never hear back. I always read the terms. And casinos are quick to throw them at you when they are in their favor. But never follow them when they are in the players. But while I was searching one day I seen a bunch of websites like this. The one that kicked my review back. And that there told me everything I needed to know. On why it was rejected. Same complaint...the support team sees to be non-existent. I had to playthrough exorbitant amounts twice because they arbitrarily attached another bonus to my account, of which I was unaware while spinning off the excess amount that I wasn't eligible to win.

So, while I was spinning, thinking I'm just playing down the excess to get to the $75 for which I was eligible...$50 plus $25 Verification deposit, a bonus had been attached, causing another $3,600 playthrough amount. Unbelievably, I played through and was able to submit a withdrawal request.

Here is the funny part in the whole story. As it tells me that they didnt even once look at my account to truly say where that $10 verification process was paid. Because they would have seen i actually deposited 11 instead of 10. Had they looked at my account they would have seen that. But sadly you will be surprised how many online casinos do this to their customers. I’m sure a lot of people aren’t aware of this and I’m pretty sure the agents are unaware or they would probably be smarter with what they say. But at the end of 80% of your live support chats.
