they tell me I need to verify my phone number
when I try to change my number (because the one they have is incorrect) they won't let me
I cannot stand this platform

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about this situation. I wanted to say that verifying the number shouldn't be a problem, but as I see, it's not possible for you yet.
Did they also tell you why it is that you have no possibility to change it ?

They did not. Just continues to refer me to the login page but will not allow

Your case sounds like a good material for the complaints section. Anyway, you say:
"the number they have is incorrect"
That sounds like you gave them an incorrect phone number, otherwise I don't understand what might be another reason for it. Despite that, they should tell you what the next steps should be instead of sending you to the login page. So if you can't manage to get forward and resolve this somehow, feel free to submit a new complaint on our website.

The number they have is to a device I no longer have.
This all stemmed from my simply trying to update my number. And it's turned into a "Fifty First Dates" circus....
Or a "Groundhog Day" nightmare.

I think I'll give you the truth in this case because changing the number shouldn't be a problem and I thought that support would be able to help you with it without any problems.
However, as Daniel mentioned, if you don't move on, don't hesitate to file a complaint with us. Hopefully it won't be necessary and you'll be able to resolve it without it.
