Hello to everyone. I would like to inform all of you about an update our team has found out about Acorn Casino. As you can see in our review the casino is closed. Unfortunately there has been a confusion between the Acorn Casino and some Acorn app!!! We have received a lot of messages from the players about the Acorn not paying the winnings or about the app not working properly. I have to inform you, that Casino Guru does not have apps in the database, and we are sorry that in that case we are not able to help any players using this particular app. Please be careful when using this kind of apps.

Therefore all the posts related to the Acorn app were moved to this thread. Feel free to use this thread to discuss all Acorn mobile app related topics.

Hello, since you won the mentioned amount you have not received any reply ? The casino hasn't told you why they didn't pay you ? Did you play with or without the bonus ? 

Anyway, I thought you may want to file a complaint here if you are interested and we would see what our team could do to resolve this situation. We give the casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process and since you're already past that period, it might not be the worst idea. I am also attaching information that might be useful to you and what to prepare for if you file a complaint.

I have trouble to cash out 700$ from acorn casino. They refused to pay and banned account after I emailed them few times saying their app banned in Nevada but few my friends still using app and be able to cash small winnings like 5-10$ with no problem few minutes ago we checked. And their accounts from Nevada too.

I can’t even login to acorn account where I have deposits and winnings worth 700$.

I would not recommend playing there, though.

Did you see other players' concerns? The casino might still be closed, which is not very convenient in terms of possible withdrawals.

I'd say it's too risky.

I withdrew 100 dollars earlier today and it still says waiting for review it is now Saturday not sure if the customer service team works on weekends or not but how many more steps is there after waiting for review? And how long is this process going to take every other casino I play at I withdraw my money and I get it sent to whatever withdrawal method I want Mo longer than 4 hours after starting the withdraw process

U will get money. They r slow pay winners. In my case they took money when I pay to play without a problem and after I try withdraw 700 winnings they said no because I live in Nevada. Kinda shitty

Apart from the lack of support, have you come across anything else that would indicate that the casino is not working as usual? Have you ever been in direct contact with anyone there?
