Honestly, every casino loses some part of their reputation rating when they only have the Curacao license and nothing else. Large amount of casinos have the Curacao license, because it's relatively easy to get.

It's also true that many of the casinos licensed in Curacao have a bad reputation, on the other hand, there are also great casinos who own the Curacao license.

thanks for your reply. If Curacao favour the casino for always. What is the point of players protection and money? I have seen all the Curacao casinos only like this, not in Mga or ukgc or khanawake gaming. Please tell me where to deal with if Curacao regulator not helpful and favour the casino. Because all of my complaints been 2000$ average, I can’t get legal advice because the amount was very low to pay for any fees.

Hello, the reality is as you just described it. If the regulator does not care, you can always try to bring the case to court. So we can all have the justice- well, how many players have the money to pay all the fees and a good lawyer, I wonder? I can hardly see any other option here.

Since I can see you have many complaints submitted and many of them were against casinos with bad reputation, I'd be more picky about the casinos where you want to play and if you find a few that you like and have no issues there, I'd stick to them. That's the first step you can do in order to protect yourself from bad casinos.

According to my last complaint was unsuccessful, if the players inform the operator to close the account without telling gambling addiction wouldn’t eligible to get refunds. Because I told operator to close my account they didn’t do it for 6 days intentionally then they did after I lost 2000$ again.

We did close ZevCasino on our site on 15/02/2021, but it may not be an exact date of their closure. It is just the date when we did find it out.
