Some would probably catch such bite, but we would need to make our due dilligance regardless of which platform we talk about..

Agree, especially with the last sentence right to the last letter. 🙂

Hello Ceachei! You would not believe what I found... A specific casino was named Safe Casino and its logo represents the commonly used "security shield."

I had to share this with you. In any case, its Safety Rarting could be improved with such a strong name and motto. 🙂

Wish you a wonderful day.

Their logo truly looks like an anti-virus logo than a casino logo. Thanks for the find.

That’s actually a funny example 😄

I think this happens quite often in the industry — many casinos try to use words like safe, secure, or shields in their branding to build trust.

But in the end, players usually look at things like reputation, complaint history, and how withdrawals are handled.

A shield in the logo looks nice… but fast payouts probably build more trust than any logo.

I felt the same when I saw it for the first time. Especially the antivirus shield 😀

I always wondered why casinos generally hesitate to use words more associated with straightforward withdrawals, but I guess we all know. My apologies for being sarcastic, but I find all those Happy Wins, WinStrike, or Lucky Seven quite dull. I have probably been observing those for longer than I should have. 🙂

Exactly!

It was pure luck, though, but I'm glad I could sare it with you. 🙂

many platforms do go for some aesthetic.. and some succeed in finding their own way. some.. don't.

That's another intriguing idea. Thanks! If I may ask you a question, what is the most important signal for you that the casino is okay and worthy of your money?

hm.. if i don't see lots of cases with withdrawals being delayed. or that their bonuses are too hard to wager / not worthwhile to pick up.

if i see lots of cases (especially ones not being resolved in time) about withdrawals being.. hard to go around, it's a signal for me to not to bother even trying to play somewhere.

Thank you. I also believe that complaints about delayed withdrawals and the associated user reviews play a significant role. I just wish we had a more direct way to shape the whole casino Index around this feature. For now though, I'm really glad that the complaints serve as a tool for some.

it would mean aggregating all the relevant complaints / details in one place.. then it would mean that many opinions formulate one big and clunky, yet still an opinion based on many people having experience with the platform.

I see, and if I got it alright, people from the Data Team and the Complaint Team have been trying to keep the same recurring patterns in sight. Well, manually, most of the time. But hey, there is always room for improvements. Good suggestion, much appreciated!

That would actually be very useful for players.

When complaints start showing the same pattern (for example withdrawals, verification delays, or bonus issues), it becomes much easier to understand what kind of experience people are really having with a platform.

Of course it’s not easy to organize that kind of information, but even seeing recurring patterns already helps a lot.

I agree; did you know that players can do the same but it involves a bit of digging? You see, the point is to let all complaints be freely accessible so the players can assess their own patterns or conduct research.

From the technical point of view, I doubt we can add some sort of additional overview to the casino review page because we are already pushing the space limits. Most players use mobiles to access our websites, and we have to work with that. 🙁

adaptability is really important.

what about having categories to the complaints as filters in the safety index tab and so on?

I can imagine adding those categories to the complaint main site. Of course I'm not the one in charge. 🙂

It needs to be said that we are in the process of technical transformation, so in my opinion the workload is already at its full capacity.

But that's a good one. I'll take a note! Thank you!

that's really wonderful, thanks for the inside. is there a list of what would be added, per chance?

há uma semana

That’s actually a really interesting point about patterns and complaints.

From a player perspective, I feel like bonuses are often part of those patterns too — especially when the terms are not very clear or the wagering is too high.

Sometimes it’s not even about the casino being "bad", but more about how the bonus conditions impact the experience.

Curious if you’ve seen many complaints related specifically to bonuses or wagering issues.

Sure, why not? Well, the whole content, including casino details or bonus pages, will be redesigned. New tournament section is already up and running. Free games page was also upgraded, I believe.

Spoiler: we aim to add a special promo page that will include all the social activities available on our website, stored in one place. More competitions, more giveaways. 🙂

We actually do not accept players' complaints on purely "bad" bonus offers, because from our perspective, bonuses are voluntary, and a bad bonus offer does not equal unfair terms or withheld funds.

However, it always depends on broader context.

For example, when a player deposits and is automatically given a deposit bonus without direct consent, it is not okay to limit his play with bonus conditions because the player did not accept the bonus.

Or a different situation: a player takes a no-deposit bonus to test out the games—no initial deposit made. He meets all the requirements and manages to win something; the funds are transferred into a real money balance, and the player keeps playing on. However, once he submits the withdrawal request, only the bonus max win amount is available for withdrawal.

So, the bonus may truly cause a significant problem.
