file1000% fraud I played for almost 22 hours straight deposited 17 times in a row every single game once you hit something halfway decent or even not it went into automatic spin mode where it would take a minute until the spins stopped all of the time if you where in a bonus it would then just log you out when you signed back in you lost bonus spins and then the wheels would NEVER line up again for you you can spin and spin and spin and it’s going to zero how do I know this you ask well playing it over and over and depositing 22 times in a row and playing online slots more then anybody on earth in the last two years you learn and I also read the valuable information from the pros at casino guru and my co slot players that post comments as well and someone posted this same issue on casino guru two weeks ago and if it was a glitch or tech problem it would have been fixed by now this isn’t a glitch they have done this purposely I have no desire to ruin someone’s business or livelihood because I’m a sore loser but when I take the time to tell all of you that when I know for absolute certain that things are being manipulated and it’s cheating let’s just call it what it is if I wasn’t 100% certain I wouldn’t waste my time or your time it’s not like I’m looking for something I’m not saying that you will never win all I’m saying is I caught them cheating the spinning just continues I tried chrome safari etc you name it and it happens on every game I played they offered me a $10 credit for my trouble haha all I’m saying to my co players who I respect immensely is stay away from this place please listen to the gurus there’s a few honest ones out there but people that changes all the time because of the business you’ve all seen the cheats one way or another and I’m just telling you this casino is a bust and should be gone go elsewhere ✌️👍👏🙏🏻

I just want to say it would be very reasonable to stop playing the first or let's say the second time this occurred, don't you think?


I also advise anybody who experiences some kind of glitches or technical problems to inform the casino operator or support immediately, lots of casinos include this part even in the terms and conditions. Have you informed them? What were you told outside of the bonus offer?


I honestly do not understand why you have been playing for 22 hours straight and deposited 17 or 22 times in a row under such circumstances and even tried every game. If you feel that something is not right, stop playing, and find yourself a better casino.

The top one and I told them immediately with emails texts and screenshots they said they would give it to the techs and it still wasn’t fixed as of today from Friday but it’s been going on for at least three weeks from the other player I just tried this place recently everyone at the casino said there were others players complaining about it and that they were aware of it but it makes them $$$ when it spins that’s the point I don’t think they have any intention of fixing it I continued to play to prove it isn’t a glitch someone in the forum discussion said it happened to him two weeks ago so they are purposely not fixing it because it causes the player to go to zero credits immediately I can’t believe these people get away with extreme cheating I play long enough to prove my point I asked them for my three deposits back just for last Friday for $180 they want to know the game and amounts I said just look at my history it happened every slot I played Friday and every first second or third spin it would spin for a minute then either log you out or finish the spin and it would eat your bonus spins as well I gave them 20 screenshots already showing the error messages and I have plenty more I mean they are cheating plain and simple I play more then anybody trust me I’m going to open a complaint for $180 because it was a nightmare and you would never have a chance I was getting a chemo drip while playing so it keeps my mind off the tin cans 😢🤣✌️

Ahh, now I understand much better. It truly did not make much sense to me, but now I get your point!

Could you share the name of the casino, please? As I mentioned there are few casinos with quite familiar names, so I want to be perfectly sure 🙂.

Do you think you can send your findings to data@casino.guru ? I think that "our guys" would be interested, especially if you feel that the casino does not care or doing it on purpose.

Anyway, my best guess about the casino is this one.

Based on the complaint. Since there is still a lot of work to be done, I missed the complaint and continued to ask the player - my bad 😀

What can I help you with ? Yes super slots

has the technical issues and hasn’t fixed them so they are using them to there advantage that I know completely it’s been over a month

nobody will win unless they want them to don’t play here I thought peterina closed my complaint on this correct?

As I wrote - my bad, I failed to notice the complaint, so I kept asking about the casino, I'm sorry.
