Minha conta foi bloqueada pelo Rocketplay.com porque minha VPN estava rodando acidentalmente em segundo plano (eu estava usando o internet banking antes disso). Entrei em contato com o suporte imediatamente, expliquei a situação e me desculpei. Realmente foi apenas um engano. O cassino continua me remetendo aos seus termos e condições e permanece irredutível.
Alguém já passou por isso? O que vocês fizeram? Existe alguma chance do cassino reativar minha conta em algum momento? Alguém mais já esteve na mesma situação? Agradeço as respostas! 🙂 Atenciosamente

My account was blocked by Rocketplay.com because my VPN was accidentally running in the background (I was using online banking beforehand). I contacted support immediately, explained the situation, and apologized. It really was just a mistake. The casino keeps referring me to its terms and conditions and remains unmoved.
Has anyone had this experience? What did you do, and is there any chance the casino will reactivate my account at some point? Has anyone else been in the same situation? Thanks for your replies! 🙂 Best regards

Mein Konto wurde von "Rocketplay.com" gesperrt, weil versehentlich der VPN im Hintergrund lief (ich war zuvor im Onlinebanking). Habe mich direkt an den Support gewendet und meine Situation geschildert und mich entschuldigt. Es war wirklich nur ein Versehen. Das Casino verweist mich jedes Mal auf seine AGBs und bleibt standhaft.
Hat jemand Erfahrungen damit? Was habt ihr getan bzw. gibt es eine Chance, dass das Casino mein Konto irgendwann wieder reaktiviert? War von euch jemand schonmal in der gleichen Situationen? Vielen Dank für eure Antworten🙂 liebe Grüße
