Let's try to sort your problem out.

At the moment you are verifying your account in some casino to withdraw your winnings, you sent some documents, but the verification is still running, so you are unsure if you sent all documents - am I correct, please?

What is the name of the casino, please? Does the casino provide live chat? If so, try to ask there.

Write something like:

"Hello, I need some help with verification. Are there any documents missing? What do you need me to send, please?"

In the meantime, check all emails you got from the casino since the moment you started with the verification, and try to find the list of documents you must provide (such as ID card, bank statement, utility bill, and so on). Check your outcoming emails, and messages as well to find what you've already sent t the casino.

You can also check your casino account if there is any section with this list and some indicators which can show you if there is any document missing for sure.
