I love Yggdrasil tournaments but recently participated in one with a new casino and although the leaderboard at the end of the tournament showed I had won one of the lesser prizes, my casino account was not credited. On querying this I was asked to contact the game provider as it was a provider tournament not a casino one. I don’t have a screenshot of the leaderboard and it’s no longer visible as the tournament ended. I have messaged Yggdrasil gaming but from the options it didn’t appear that they would respond to a query from an individual. Anyone got a screenshot of the tinsel tangle tournament leaderboard that ended on 22.12 or any advice on how to resolve this. It’s only £25 but still…..

Hmm, I would guess that the casino should help you with this a bit. I would ask the casino for your gaming history, and I also presume that you got some email confirmation that you had actually won the tournament, am I right?

I would send both to the game provider. But I still think that the casino should get more involved.

Thanks Radha, problem is that its a tournament I won in not a slot win,so my gaming history wouldn’t show the result. It’s the leaderboard that shows the results. If I can’t link the leaderboard result to me or show them the leaderboard they don’t seem to be able to verify my win.

Honestly, I've never heard about a case where an individual player was asked to contact the game provider. Even though it's game provider's tournament, you're casino's customer, you pay to the casino for playing there so it's their responsibility to figure out what happened and contact the provider on their own. That's a standard procedure.
