I have a very big problem for myself.

The 5gringos Casino, where I've been playing for quite some time, isn't paying out my money. Whenever I contact them via live chat, they tell me it's a mistake and I should try a different withdrawal method. But that doesn't work either, especially since there are no other withdrawal options available.

Can you help me with that?

Das 5gringos Casino, in welchem ich nun über längere Zeit spiele, zahlt mein Geld nicht aus. Sobald ich mich draufhin im Livechat melde, sagen sie mir es sei ein Fehler, ich solle eine andere Auszahlungsmethode probieren. Dies klappt aber auch nicht. Zumal es nichts zur Auswahl gibt, das ich noch zur Auszahlung nutzen könne.

Können sie mir dabei weiterhelfen?

• Was your account, including the payment method, successfully verified?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
