I did exactly as instructed - without deviation - and their non-receipt of my funds is simply a reflection of their lack of aptitude and does not obviate their culpability, liability, and requirement to provide to my balance - as agreed at the moment I pressed send - the amount being sent to the specific address they themselves listed as the required payment destination.
