Estou consternado e muito decepcionado com este site de cassino.
O problema é que eu já sou membro VIP Gold neste site e depositei muito dinheiro.
Quando me tornei VIP Gold, o Gerente VIP entrou em contato comigo e aumentou meu limite máximo de pagamento de bônus de x10 para x15.

Das Problem ist, dass ich auf dieser Seite schon VIP Gold bin und sehr viel eingezahlt habe.
Als ich VIP Gold geworden bin, hat mich der VIP Manager angeschrieben und meine max. Auszahlungsgrenze bei Boni von X10 zu X15 erhöht.

Gesagt getan nach einem höheren Gewinn mit einem Zwanzig Euro Bonus habe ich per Mail angefragt, ob ich mehr auszahlen darf, da mir das angeboten wurde.

Ich habe versucht zwei dreimal zu erklären, dass es deren eigenes Angebot war, mich diesbezüglich zu melden und mir nun vorgeworfen wird gegen die richtigen Verstoß zu haben.
Obwohl ich nun nichts gemacht habe, wurde mein Account gesperrt und mein Geld gestrichen. Auch die 300 € habe ich nicht überwiesen bekommen.
Dies ist für mich reiner Betrug und obwohl ich so viel eingezahlt habe und Status Gold erreicht habe, wird das mit mir gemacht.
Ich möchte eine klare Lösung und dass mein Account wieder entsperrt wird, da ich nichts verbrochen habe und nur das nachgefragt habe, was mir angeboten wurde.
