Hello, on April 23rd I received an email stating I would receive a €50 Cash Gift. To claim it, I had to contact live chat. I did this and received the €50. I then immediately won a sports bet and attempted to withdraw €150 via bank transfer. However, the withdrawal wasn't processed, and eventually, the withdrawal was simply canceled, and the money was credited back to my gaming account. I then played a bit more and won again, and so on. I then thought, "Okay, it says in the terms and conditions that I should withdraw using the same method as my deposit." Since it was a €50 Cash Gift, I hadn't made a deposit. I then tried to deposit €10 via Mastercard or bank transfer, but neither worked. I then tried depositing via Solana, which worked. So, I figured I could withdraw via Solana. I now have €400 pending withdrawal via Solana (May 3, 2026), but I doubt the money will actually be paid out. I want to receive it through Solana now. I even deposited €10 specifically so I could withdraw it that way and set up a wallet. I was never given an explanation as to why the first withdrawal was simply canceled; they just told me to use a different withdrawal method. It's not just the €400 that's pending; I also have several hundred euros in my gaming account, but it's no fun playing when you know the withdrawal isn't going to work. It's just incredibly frustrating.

Ich habe dann gleich eine Sportwette gewonnen und 150€ ausgezahlt über Bank Transfer. Es wurde aber nicht ausgezahlt und irgendwann wurde die Auszahlung einfach storniert und mir das Geld wieder gutgeschrieben auf mein Spielkonto. Dann habe ich wieder bisschen gespielt und wieder gewonnen und so weiter. Dann dachte ich mir ok es steht ja in den AGB ich soll auszahlen am besten so wie ich eingezahlt habe. Da es ja 50 Cash Gift war habe ich ja keine Einzahlung gemacht. Dann wollte ich 10€ einzahlen über Mastercard oder Bank Transfer, das hat beides nicht funktioniert. Dann habe ich es versucht über Solana einzuzahlen, das hat dann geklappt. Dann dachte ich mir so jetzt kann ich es ja über Solana ausbezahlen. Jetzt habe ich 400€ über Solana in der Auszahlung (03.05.26) aber ich bezweifle es das mir das Geld ausbezahlt wird. Ich möchte es jetzt aber über Solana ausbezahlt bekommen. Habe extra 10€ eingezahlt, damit ich es darüber auszahlen lassen kann und extra ein Wallet eingerichtet. Mir wurde auch nie erklärt warum die erste Auszahlung einfach storniert wurde und da hieß es nur ich soll eine andere Auszahlungsmethode benutzen. Nicht nur die 400€ sind in der Auszahlung, Ich habe auch noch mehrere hundert Euro auf meinem Spielkonto, aber es bockt sich nicht zu spielen wenn man weiß das die Auszahlung nicht funktioniert. Da ist man nur enttäuscht.
