Despite the statement of "transparency" and adherence to the bonus conditions, the casino requires that the amount from the free spins be wagered only with real money.

The casino is attempting to evade responsibility with statements like, "It is meant to be understood," or "We assume no responsibility for third-party promotions." However, bonus terms and conditions must be clearly formulated; this should be explicitly stated in the terms and conditions.

After several requests to credit me with the amount as playable bonus credit, the casino refused to credit me with the amount, despite stating that they "strictly adhere to the rules stated on the website".

Das Casino verlangt trotz der Aussage von "transparenz" und das man sich an die Bonusbedingungen halten würde, das der Betrag aus den Freespins nur mit Echtgeld umgesetzt wird.

Das Casino versucht sich mit Aussagen wie - "Es ist gemeint", "Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Werbeaktionen von Drittanbietern" aus der Verantwortung zu ziehen. Bonusbedingungen müssen aber klar formuliert sein, dementsprechend müsste dies auch in den Bedingungen so geschrieben stehen.

Nach mehreren bitten mir den Betrag als spielbares Bonusguthaben gutzuschreiben, hat sich das Casino trotz der Aussage das sie sich "Strickt an die auf der Website angegebenen Regeln halten" geweigert mir den Betrag gutzuschreiben.

Daher sehe ich mich gezwungen bei euch eine Beschwerde zu machen, damit ihr das Casino dementsprechend bewerten könnt.

Besonders mit dem Hintergund das man nicht nur Email sondern auch Telefonnummer bestätigen muss und ich gar nicht wissen will was ich denen damit erlaube mit deinen Daten zu tun.
