I've been getting the runaround for two weeks now, supposedly there are problems with my payment provider, which can't be true, because I was playing at another casino at the same time and the winnings were paid out and transferred without any problems there.

I've been given the runaround for days, and each time there's a different excuse.

I have repeatedly requested payment of my winnings via live chat and email. Nothing is happening, except that I'm told to be patient. It's not the first time I've won there, so I don't understand it and I'm absolutely furious.

Ich habe 400 Euro im SpinsOfGlory Casino gewonnen.

Werde seit 2 Wochen vertröstet, angeblich gäbe es Probleme mit meinem Zahlungsanbieter, was nicht stimmen kann,denn ich habe zeitgleich in einem anderen Casino gespielt znd dort wurde der Gewinn auch ausgezahlt und problemlos überwiesen.

Ich werde seit Tagen hingehalten und jedesmal gibt es eine andere Ausrede.

Ich habe mehrfach aufgefordert mir meinen Gewinn auszuzahlen,per Live Chat und Email.Es passiert nichts,außer ich solle noch Geduld haben.Es ist nicht das erste Mal,dass ich dort gewonnen habe,also verstehe ich es gerade nicht und bin absolut verärgert.
