Vegasino Casino - O levantamento dos prémios dos jogadores está atrasado.

Good day,

I had a fairly large win at Vegasino and withdrew €800 several times (the maximum daily withdrawal limit). I also made withdrawals after April 3rd, and these were processed. However, the €800 from April 3rd hasn't arrived yet – Vegasino advertises a processing time of 3 business days, which has clearly passed. When I contact support, I only receive generic responses like "Don't worry," "Processed with highest priority," "High volume of requests," and "Payout will be processed shortly."

I'm starting to think that these are just delaying tactics because they don't want to pay out.

I am asking for help here.

Ich hatte bei vegasino einen Recht hohen Gewinn und hab mehrmals 800 € auszahlen lassen (maximales tägliches Auszahlungslimit). Auch nach dem 03.04. habe ich Auszahlungen getätigt und diese wurden auch ausbezahlt. Die 800€ vom 03.04. bis dato nicht – Vegasino wirbt mit 3 Werktagen zur Bearbeitung, die deutlich rum sind. Auf Anfragen beim Support erhalte ich nur Textbausteine a la "Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen" "Wird mit höchster Prio bearbeitet" "Hohes Anfragevolumen" "Auszahlung erfolgt in Kürze".

So langsam glaube ich, dass das bloß Hinhaltetaktiken sind, weil sie nicht auszahlen wollen.

Ich bitte hier um Hilfe.
