On January 2, 2025, I deposited 50 euros with a 200% bonus and successfully converted the bonus. I then requested a withdrawal, which was confirmed successfully on January 7, 2025, along with an email stating that the transfer had been completed.

The problem is, since January 7, 2025, I have not received any payment. The casino has repeatedly told me to contact my bank regarding the payment, which I did. However, my bank could not find any money movements.

I then inquired via Live Chat if I could receive a transaction confirmation

just like when I had to provide proof of my account verification for the 50-euro deposit. This request for confirmation has been repeatedly ignored by support.

Instead, I was asked for another bank statement from my bank account by the Live Chat. After sending the requested bank statement,

the Live Chat said they would forward this document to the responsible department, and I should receive an email after further review by the department.

I have been waiting for that email since January 10, 2025.

Ich habe am 02.01.2025, 50 Euro mit einem 200 % Bonus eingezahlt und den Bonus erfolgreich umgewandelt. Habe daraufhin eine Auszahlung beantragt, die auch am 07.01.2025 erfolgreich bestätigt wurde und mit einer Email an mich das die Überweisung abgeschlossen wäre.

Das Problem ist nur, dass ich seit dem 07.01.2025 keine Zahlung bekommen habe. Ich sollte mich doch an meine Bank wenden hies es mehrfach vom Casino auf meine Nachfragen der Zahlung, was ich auch getan habe. Nur meine Bank konnte keine Geldbewegungen finden.

Ich habe dann im Live Chat nachgefragt ob ich eine Transaktionsbestätigung 

genauso wie ich es auch bei meiner Kontoverifizierung bei der Einzahlung von 50 Euro nachweisen musste bekommen kann. Diese Anfrage zur Bestätigung wurde vom Support auch mehrfach ignoriert.

Stattdessen wurde ich vom Live Chat um einen weiteren Kontoauszug von meinem Bankkonto gebeten. Nach Zusendung des geforderten Kontoauszuges,

wollte der Live Chat dieses Dokument an die zuständige Abteilung weiterleiten und ich sollte dann nach weiterer Prüfung der Abteilung eine Email erhalten.

Darauf warte ich jetzt auch seit dem 10.01.2025 

ich bitte um eure Hilfe da ich keine Idee mehr habe was ich da noch machen kann...

They definitely mean my player account, where it ends up every time, so that I can then make another withdrawal request. That would be the fourth attempt.
