On August 27, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €600 from Wunderwins. This was verified on August 29, 2026. However, the money never arrived. After 10 days, I was asked to submit a bank statement proving that no funds had been received. I did so. On September 10, I noticed that the €600 had reappeared in my player account as credit. There was no notification whatsoever. The chat support told me there had been a technical problem and that I should request another withdrawal, which would be prioritized. That was on September 10. Since then, nothing has happened. The withdrawal is still unprocessed.

Am 27.08.26 beantragte ich eine Auszahlung über 600 Euro bei Wunderwins. Diese wurde am 29.08.26 verifiziert. Das Geld kam aber nie bei mir an. Nach 10 Tagen sollte ich einen Kontoauszug einreichen, dass kein Geld eingegangen ist. Das habe ich getan. Am 10.09. stellte ich fest, dass die 600 Euro wieder in meinem Spielerkonto als Guthaben vorhanden sind. Ohne jegliche Nachricht etc. Der Chat sagte mir, dass ein technisches Problem vorlag und ich erneut eine Auszahlung beantragen soll. Diese wird priorisiert behandelt. Das war am 10.09. Seitdem hat sich gar nichts getan. Auszahlung noch immer unbearbeitet.
