Experiência muito ruim. Eu queria jogar com eles porque eles oferecem um bom jogo e um bônus de boas-vindas. Quando depositei, vi que nenhum bônus estava disponível. Entrei em contato com o chat ao vivo para informá-los do problema e fui informado que o problema havia sido resolvido e que os bônus seriam visíveis em breve. Esperei antes de depositar e algumas horas depois, ainda nada, nenhum bônus. Entrei em contato novamente com o atendimento ao cliente, que me disse que iria repassar as informações, que não havia mais nada que pudessem fazer. Esperei mais algumas horas e finalmente, sem paciência, depositei sem bônus.
Depois de ter jogado os meus dois depósitos, contactei o serviço de apoio ao cliente, dizendo que esperei o dia todo sem qualquer resposta e que por isso tive que depositar sem bónus, pedindo-lhes que fizessem um gesto creditando-me os bónus manualmente, visto que o problema não estava do meu lado e que tentei resolver o problema antes mesmo de depositar.
Disseram-me que isso não era possível, mas que o problema foi resolvido repentinamente e que eu tinha direito a bônus a partir de agora. Que pena! Que pena, porque o site em si é muito bem feito. Solicitei o encerramento da minha conta.
Very bad experience. I wanted to play with them because they offer a good game, and they offer a welcome bonus. When I deposited, I saw that no bonus was available. I contacted the livechat to inform them of the problem and was told that the problem had been solved and that the bonuses would be visible soon. I waited before depositing and a few hours later, still nothing, no bonus. I contacted customer service again, who told me they'd pass on the information, that there was nothing else they could do. I waited several more hours and finally, having run out of patience, I deposited without a bonus.
After having played my two deposits, I contacted customer service, saying that I had waited all day without any response and that I therefore had to deposit without a bonus, asking them to make a gesture by crediting me the bonuses manually, given that the problem was not on my side, and that I had tried to solve the problem even before depositing.
I was told that this was not possible, but that the problem had suddenly been solved and that I was eligible for bonuses from now on. What a shame! Too bad, because the site itself is very well done. I asked for my account to be closed.
