It's been around 3 years I am playing at bluechip and had very few issues at bluechip.. It's one of the best online casinos for players in India... Even for sports betting they have good sports book...

However on negative sides.. They take too long to process withdrawals.. Sometimes for 72 hours withdrawals are in pending state.

On one occasion I lost 10K in deposit.. On providing the screenshot of the transaction they said the recipient does not belong to PP which was absolutely wrong.. I kept telling them this is the right screenshot and they kept iterating the same thing.. I had no way to fight as they were not ready to listen or cooperate.. Now if such issues happens with you God bless you as hardly any casinos have any power over PP operating in India.. They take the words of PP as final words.

Though you may have reached their top VIP level their weekly and daily cashback programs are not regular.. Sometimes they just withdraw it for some players citing reasons such as "You are not eligible anymore" or "You winning exceeds your losses" and none of which are true..

I had the worst time at this casino. First there was an issue with verification that was ultimately resolve after 10 days but I had to file a complain to get answers.

A few days after I deposited 80 attach with a casino bonus and a wager of 20×/40×.

The bonus was never added and on top of that my real cash money was showing 59$ and not 80$ even before I started playing.

Went to the chat to try to get an explanation and they told me that I had a sports bonus...wich was absolutely not the case because I had no active promotion showing anywhere.

A month ago I closed my account because it was impossible to complete verification, stuck at the payment method step, casino reported this was a bug (as seen in their response), recently reopened my account and tried out the verification once again and it was impossible to complete it. For some odd reason, the casino ask for a bank statement to verify a crypto deposit, anyone remotely reasonable can see this makes no sense, you can use crypto to make a deposit but you will not be able to complete verification, you will NOT be able to withdraw because KYC has not been completed because IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE IT, the casino is basically unplayable. Check their trustpilot reviews. If you are a crypto player, simply avoid this one and use a real crypto casino.

Hey everyone , ( I'm french sorry for my spelling ) first I would like to say that I never had any problems what so ever with a online casino before , besides normal little issues that were always resolved without any problem . But now , Blue chip casino ...Wowww waisted 3 days with chat live support , saying "Yes dear friend all is fixed now go play have fun" problem is bonus ...NEVER TAKE ANY BONUS WITH THIS CASINO , bonus money 99% impossible to wagger policys are so complicated that you get all mixed up and Im getting to wonder if they do it on purpose!! They told me 15 different stories why or how and nothing worked , email help = font waist your time they didn't return any of mine besides asking me AGAIN to explain my problem ... I did all that 10 times with screen shots and detailed descriptions... all discourage , white flag , gave up and I think they blocked me ... I'm the one that should have blocked THEM !! awesome no deposit bonus , but , there were no games available to play with bonus money, usually where I play 0% wagering on a game means you can play it but nothing comes of the wagering, and here there are no restricted games in T&C but thousands of games with 0% wagering . I like the casino but it could be better , and I noticed really alot of T&C about money laundering, come on , sounds more like your looking for any excuse to hold back payments, even customers credit checks , I didn't like that plan

big variety of slots & live table game...i would say good variety of sportsbetting lines too ,unfortunatly you cant trust them , if you are playing here , they will eventually take advantage of you..
