Cloudbet closed my account right after I contacted support because I could not access my monthly cashback.
They claimed my account could not be verified because my phone number was used on an old account. Their solution? They told me to open the old account and verify it — but said I would lose the cashback because it is "a gift."
After that, they closed my active account and kept all the funds remaining in it.
Important facts:
Cloudbet allowed me to deposit without verification
I never withdrew any money
I never won, which is why verification was never requested
Verification only became an issue when cashback and bonuses were involved
Instead of resolving verification, Cloudbet closed my account and confiscated funds
This behavior strongly suggests abuse of KYC rules to avoid paying players. I am requesting:
Return of my remaining balance
Restoration of my monthly cashback
Reopening of my account or proper verification
Until then, I warn other players to avoid Cloudbet.
