Já vi todos os tipos de cassinos fraudulentos/sujos online, mas isso é algo completamente diferente. Sinto que é pior, mas deixo você julgar.
No começo, minha experiência foi bem ok, mesmo que suas ofertas de giros sem depósito exijam que você deposite dinheiro real e aposte o equivalente aos seus ganhos (ou x2 x3, não me lembro). Fora isso, a experiência foi boa, interface bem elegante e clara com muitos bônus/rakebacks pequenos que você recebe mesmo nos níveis mais baixos e o mantém engajado.
Em um domingo, decidi atingir alguns marcos e apostar muito com seus jogos internos de 98 ou 99% RTP. Joguei 5 ou 6 deles em paralelo, mas, apesar de jogar jogos diferentes, estava indo muito mal e meu bankroll voou para longe muito rápido. Então, atingir o marco provou ser uma operação ruim, mas não pensei em nada sobre isso, corridas ruins acontecem até mesmo com os jogos de 99% mais justos.
No dia seguinte, decidi tentar a sorte com esses jogos, especialmente um tipo de jogo de "dados" com algo como 65% de probabilidades, iniciei no automático e fui fazer algumas tarefas. Voltei e encontrei meu bankroll totalmente esgotado. Fiquei em choque, verifiquei minhas últimas corridas e vi que perdi TODAS ELAS, o histórico mostrou talvez 30 ou 40, mas ainda assim as chances de perder até 30 desses jogos seguidos eram astronomicamente baixas.
É quando fica mais estranho, eu falo sobre isso no chat, eu não fiquei bravo nem nada, só rindo do show de palhaços, o moderador me contou sobre como você pode controlar a sorte e coisas assim.
Quando falei sobre isso com o suporte, eles me aconselharam a parar de jogar esse jogo (sim, boa ideia Sherlock, por que vocês mesmos não o matam?). Algumas horas depois, eles voltaram para mim muito felizes consigo mesmos, me dizendo que resolveram o problema e reembolsaram a quantia (muito pequena) que perdi naquele dia. Eles foram muito casuais sobre esse "bug".
As coisas pioraram um pouco do meu lado, fiquei chocado com o quão levianamente eles estavam lidando com os enormes problemas do jogo interno deles. Eu disse a eles que perdi toda a confiança neles e estava questionando meus resultados dos dias anteriores. Dado que não há arquivo de apostas passadas (eles dão acesso a 100 apostas talvez, sem nenhuma informação específica, hash ou id), não pude verificá-las.
Eles não conseguiam ver nenhum problema, e não entendiam por que alguém questionaria por que alguém pediria uma verificação. Eu tenho um monte de capturas de tela e chatlogs, eles são absolutamente surreais.
Dado o fato de que investi (quero dizer, perdi) pequenas quantias e que tinha muito pouco sobrando, pedi que fechassem minha conta e me removessem de suas listas de e-mail. Mesmo isso estando além das capacidades de seu suporte e TI INCOMPETENTES, eles me disseram para me autoexcluir de seu site, algo que acho realmente desonesto porque eu não estava os deixando por causa de um problema de "vício em jogo", mas porque eles eram os piores palhaços mais incompetentes com quem já cruzei.
Até hoje recebo rodadas grátis e promoções.

On a sunday I decided to reach some milestones and do a lot of wagering with their inhouse 98 or 99% rtp games. I played 5 or 6 of them in parallel, but despite playing different games, I was running very bad and my bankroll flew away pretty quickly. So reaching the milestone proved to be a bad operation, but I thought nothing of it, bad runs happen even with the fairest 99% games.
The day after I decided to try my luck with these games, especially one "dice" type of a game with something like 65% odds, launched in auto and went on to do some chores. I came back and found my bankroll totally depleted. I was in a kind of shock, I checked my last runs and saw that I lost ALL OF THEM ,history showed maybe 30 or 40, but still the odds of losing even 30 such games in a row was astronomically low.
This when it gets weirder, I talk in the chat about this, I wasn't mad or anything just laughing about the clown show, the moderator told me about how you can control luck and stuff like that.
When I talked about it to support they advised me to stop playing this game (yeah good idea Sherlock, why don't you kill it yourselves). A couple of hours after they came back to me very happy about themselves, telling me they solved the problem and reimbursed the (very small) amount I lost that day. They were very casual about this "bug".
Things escalated a little bit on my side, I was shocked by how lightly they were taking the huge problems of their inhouse game. I told them that I lost all trust in them, and I was questioning my results the previous days. Given that there are no archive of past bets (the give access to 100 bets maybe, with no specific info, hash or id) I could not verify them.
They couldn't see any problem, and didn't understand why anyone would question why someone would ask a verification. I have a ton of screenshots and chatlogs, they're absolutely surreal.
Given the fact that invested (i mean lost) small amounts and that had very little left, I asked them to close my account and remove me from their mailing lists. Even that was beyond the capabilities of their INCOMPETENT support and IT, they told me to self-exclude from their site, something I find really dishonest because I wasn't leaving them because of "gambling addiction" problem but because they were the absolute worst most incompetent clowns I ever crossed paths with.
To this day I receive free spins and promotions.
