A equipe de suporte não entende inglês básico. Cometi um grande erro e depositei $ 25, embora eu tenha tomado cuidado e me certificado de ter digitado o valor correto, mas eles sacaram automaticamente $ 50, esta foi a primeira bandeira vermelha que você vê. Tentar explicar a eles o que aconteceu é um pesadelo, eles são tão incompetentes, já usei muito cassino, mas de longe deve ser o pior com o qual já lidei, eles simplesmente perguntariam se você ainda está esperando 1 segundo e final do chat, eles encerraram o chat no total 11 vezes. Ouso dizer que há apenas 2 pessoas trabalhando ao mesmo tempo e que o cassino é uma farsa, os clientes reclamariam o tempo todo e eles querem fornecer nomes falsos para lhe dar uma ideia do tamanho deles "é uma piada. Em todos os cassinos em que joguei, sempre tive suporte que pode alterar um erro de digitação, verificar a documentação de eventos, pode resolver problemas básicos, mas essa piada de cassino parece que eles têm um departamento para resolver problemas, E você deve esperar 24 horas, 48 horas, que piada. Se eu tivesse que adivinhar! há apenas 2 pessoas trabalhando ao mesmo tempo, elas ficam tão sobrecarregadas com a quantidade de clientes ligando para fazer uma reclamação, mas ainda assim adoram encerrar o chat sem sequer dar a chance de responder.

Made a big mistake and deposit $25 even though I’ll was careful and made sure I’ll had the correct amount typed in, but they automatically withdrawal out $50 this was the first red flag you see. Trying to explain to them what happen is a nightmare they a so incompetent, I’ve have used a lot of casino but by far has to be the worst I’ve had ever dealt with with, they would simply ask are you still the wait 1 second and end chat, They have ended chat total of 11 times. I’ll dare say there only 2 people working at a time and been that casino is such a scam would have customer complaining all the time and they want to provide bogus names to give you a sense on how big the are "it’s a joke. Every single casino I’ll have played in, I’ll always had support that can change a typo, can event verify documentation, Can can resolve basic issues, but this joke of casino likes sound like they have a department to resolve issue, And you must wait 24 hrs , 48hrs what a joke. If I’ll had to guess! there only 2 people working at a time, they are so overwhelmed with the amount of customer are calling to make a complaint but yet they love to end chat the chat without even giving a chance to reply.
